Tools

Summarize a busy channel, turn voice messages into text, translate any message, get research papers explained, and look up LeetCode stats.

On by default. Summaries, transcripts and papers turn off if an admin turns AI off in /ai config.

How to use it

Catch up on a channel

  1. Run /summarise and pick the channel. Add since:2h to cover just the last two hours.
  2. Or right-click a message, then Apps > Summarize with AI to summarize the conversation up to that message.

Read a voice message

  1. Dexel replies to voice messages and audio files with the text automatically.
  2. For older ones, right-click the message, then Apps > Transcribe Audio, or use /transcribe with a file.
  3. Admins can turn automatic transcripts off in /dashboard.

Translate a message

  1. Right-click (or long-press) a message, then Apps > Translate Message.
  2. You see the English translation privately. Pick another language from the dropdown if you need one.
